Hello my lovely health and wellness students!
I wanted to give a quick update on what we did/will do in class this Monday and Tuesday. We briefly discussed mindful/intuitive eating and health at every size (HAES), along with watching part of the TED talk Why Dieting Doesn't Usually Work. It's my hope that this conversation and reflection will help you to question what you think about health and beauty.
Also, if you weren't in class today, you have homework due the next time you see me! Please bring in a CLEAN, EMPTY food label (worth 5 points).
