Hello my lovely health and wellness students!
I wanted to give a quick update on what we did/will do in class this Monday and Tuesday. We briefly discussed mindful/intuitive eating and health at every size (HAES), along with watching part of the TED talk Why Dieting Doesn't Usually Work. It's my hope that this conversation and reflection will help you to question what you think about health and beauty.
Also, if you weren't in class today, you have homework due the next time you see me! Please bring in a CLEAN, EMPTY food label (worth 5 points).

Happy 2018! One of my resolutions/intentions/goals/whatever you want to call it/ is to continue to update and organize this website so that you all have a place to access for notes, assignments, etc. Let's face it - Google Classroom is great but that scroll can get overwhelming.
I'm currently writing this post on a SNOW DAY so BEG 2/4/6 you are in luck - no class today!
